Counselling is a confidential process designed to help you address your concerns in a caring, non-judgemental, and understanding environment. This is sacred ground as you share about what is happening in your life. We work to help you gain strategies of coping and reaching the goals that you have set for yourself. Counselling involves sharing sensitive personal and private information that may at times be difficult. You may experience periods of increased anxiety or confusion. The outcome of counselling is often positive; however, the level of satisfaction for any individual is not predictable. We will do our best to support you throughout the counselling process.
